The balcony had two chairs, with room for more.The front desk staff and housekeeping were courteous and helpful.Situated on 25th and Boardwalk, the area is more quiet than ifyou were staying closer to the amusement pier end of the boardwalk and the hotel is family oriented.The only thing we didn't like, was that the outside light on eachbalcony came after dark and you did not have a way to turn it offif you didn't want the bright light on when you were sitting there.Overall, it is a very nice hotel and I would reccomend anyone to stay here. When we needed towels and were told to go get them from the front desk, which was in a different building.
